The easiest way to add Preferred Accounts for e-mail addresses is when sending an e-mail, the following screen will pop up.

Select Yes to open the following screen:

Once the Preferred Account is setup, send your e-mails as you normally do. The following SendAccount screen will pop up, informing if you are sending the e-mail using any other account apart from the Preferred Account.
