When I enter the name and the unlock code SendAccount tells
me Registration Unsuccessful. What do I do?

This may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect name and/or unlock code
Make sure that the name and unlock code is typed exactly as shown in
your original e-mail. Pay particular attention to spaces and capital
letters. Also try to actually type it in instead of cutting and
pasting. On some computers we have found that pasting adds some
hidden characters.

- You are using Pocket PC/Palm device and /or Outlook is
open
Before installing SendAccount make sure that you unplug any
Pocket PC/Palm device if you are using one. Also ensure that Outlook
is closed. To do this, do the following:

(If you are using a Pocket PC) Disconnect your Pocket PC from your
computer. Restart your computer. If you are not using a Pocket PC, press CTRL-ALT-DEL and click Task
Manager. Click Processes tab and make sure that Outlook.EXE is not running.

- When typing in the numbers, don't use the number keypad off to
the right of your keyboard, because they are sometimes interpreted
as different characters and it will not be accepted, although it may
look right to you.

I do not see the Addins4Outlook--> SendAccount menu in
Outlook?

SendAccount may be disabled by Outlook. To re-enable
SendAccount:
- Start Outlook
- Select Help - About Microsoft Office Outlook
- Click Disabled Items button
- Select SendAccount 4Outlook
- Click Enable
If the above does not solve your problem, Check to see
that SendAccount is installed properly:
- Start Outlook
- Click Tools - Options
- Click Other tab
- Click on the Advanced Options button
- Click on Com-Addins button
- Verify that SendAccount is on the list, and it should be ticked.
- If SendAccount is not ticked, then do so.
If your problem is unsolved try reinstalling SendAccount

I do not get notified to select an
Account when sending e-mails anymore. How can I configure
SendAccount to display this message every time?

To configure SendAccount to display a message when sending an
e-mail:
- Go to Inbox - Addins4Outlook menu - SendAccount menu.

- Click Options. The SendAccount Options screen will open.

- Under "Action to take when sending using a NON-Preferred
Account" the option "Notify me and let me choose to use the
preferred account".

- A message will be displayed to select an account each time you
send an e-mail.

I do not get a message automatically, asking to add any new
e-mail address to the SendAccount List.

You will not get a message if SendAccount is configured to NOT
display a message to add e-mail address to SendAccount list. To
configure SendAccount to display this message:
- Go to Inbox - Addins4Outlook menu - SendAccount menu.
- Click Options. The SendAccount Options screen will open.
- Place a tick in "Show message asking to add e-mail address to
SendAccount list".

Which version (s) of Microsoft Outlook does SendAccount
4Outlook support?
 SendAccount 4Outlook works with Outlook 2002/XP, 2003 and
2007. It does not work with Outlook Express or Outlook 2000.

I am not able to use SendAccount as a non-admin user?

To use SendAccount as a non-admin user follow the steps below:
Login as the
non-admin user.
Go to "C:\Program
Files\Addins4Outlook\SendAccount 4Outlook" folder
Double click on "sendaccount_User.reg"
file
Click Yes
Click OK
This should allow a non-admin user to use SendAccount.
