Filing Incoming
E-mails is EASY!

After reading the

display a screen similar to the one on the right.
The list
shows you where you file e-mails to or from
info@addins4outlook.com.
If you are working on more than
one project with this particular person then all the relevant
folders will be displayed..
Double-click
the folder name on the list and your e-mail will be closed
and automatically moved from the Inbox to the correct
folder.
You'll never again
have to organize emails by hunting for folders and subfolders
and then dragging and dropping. Double-click and the e-mail
is filed automatically.
Adding a new
item to the QuickFile list is easy. Click Pick&Move and
select a folder to move the e-mail and add it to the list in

Filing Outgoing
E-mails is EVEN EASIER!
After writing your e-mail,
click on Send&File instead of
Send.
The QuickFile screen
will be displayed again with a list of folders where you normally
file e-mails to this particular person.
Double-click the
folder on the list and the e-mail will be closed and sent.
After the e-mail is
sent, it will be automatically be moved from the Sent Items folder
to your chosen folder.
