PersonalizedEmails 4Outlook will personalize each copy of the e-mail with the recipient’s name in the subject and/or body of the e-mail, all at the click of a button from inside Outlook

The following PersonalizedEmails toolbar/group gets added to every e-mail that you compose.

PersonalizedEmails allows you to insert 3 m-Fields into the e-mails that you want to personalize.
 

Note: An m-Field is a place holder for information that will be inserted from the recipient's actual details into the e-mail.
 

Once your e-mail has been composed, click the PersonalizedEmails button on the PersonalizedEmails toolbar to open the PersonalizedEmails screen:
 

Click OK to start personalizing the e-mail that you have just created.
