Open Microsoft Outlook -> Click Addins4Outlook Tab -> Select SendGuard -> Click Settings
On the Settings screen that opens select the Attachment/Subject guard tab.

There is a link at the bottom Advanced Settings (Avoid false triggers of Attachment Guard).
Click on this link to open Attachment Guard Advanced Settings screen.

Refer to the Ignore text section, which is the top half of the screen.
Select the check box Ignore word if within&
In the text box (Enter the full text of the signature&), enter the full text of the signature or the disclaimer.

As a result when sending emails SendGuard will not check for keywords for attachment in this block of text
Therefore, no false warnings about attachments are displayed.
